boot configuration data

I installed Vista by disconnecting the drive that Windows 2000 is installed on and connecting another drive and installing Vista to that drive. That way the Vista boot manager is on the Vista partition, and not on the Windows 2000 partition. With the Windows 2000 drive back in the system, I choose which drive to boot from in the BIOS.
Now I would like to set up the Vista boot manager to select either Windows Vista, or Windows 2000.
I used VistaBootPRO to create a second boot, but I didn't know whether to call my Windows 2000 drive C: which is what Windows 2000 calls it or E: which is what Vista calls it.
In any case it doesn't seem to work either way.
The Boot Configuration Data file created by VistaBootPRO is as follows:
There are a total of 2 OSes installed into the boot manager. Current timeout before default boots: 30 seconds. Default OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate

It will boot successfully to Vista, but not to Windows 2000.
What do I need to do to get it to get it to boot to Windows 2000 which is on the first partition ofthe primary Master drive?

Your main problem is you now have to different drives both with an active partition (ie bootable) but only one partition can be active so any boot loaders have to be on the one active partion. You can try copying the w2k stuff to vista partition but im not sure how you'd edit boot.ini to make sure you're going to the correct drive.

I get it to boot to the correct drive by setting the boot drive in the BIOS
When I set the BIOS to HDD-0, it boots to the Primary Master, which is the Windows 2000 drive, and which has the Windows 2000 boot.sys file.
When I set the BIOS to HDD-1, it boots to the Secondary Master which is the Vista Drive, and which is where the Vista Boot Master is.
So I set the BIOS to HDD-1, the computer boots to the IDE drive on the Secondary Master, this runs the Vista boot manager, and it displays the choices:
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro
If I select "Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate" it starts the Vista operating system. if I select "Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro" it doesn't start.
